It has come to our attention from one of our 8th Degree Elders in the UK Middle Sector, that a 'book' event is being held at Shrewsbury Library in Shropshire on March 21st.
The library itself is greatly associated with Charles Darwin and although we liked Charles a lot, and despite his best efforts, he could not communicate with cats at all; unlike us.
That said, this is a further attempt by the 'author' of the crazy cat lady book to promote his wares. As such one of our Elders will be in attendance keeping a very close eye on him.
He claims to have further knowledge of us but we are certain this is not the case.
We ask if any members of the public purchase a copy of this book that they recycle it promptly or give it to a charity shop where it will hopefully get lost between copies of the
Da Vinci Code. The Order of the Reeves and members of the Chamber despite historic accusations wish to state that we do not and have never had any association with the Priory Of Sion. We have contacted Dan Brown about this and await his response.
This author's activities is attracting the interests of watchers and if any of our Members spot anything suspicious if you could speak to your regional organiser immediately.
For Members of the Escarrabin Order reading this. Unless clearance is given by the Reeve, please do not take your Scatterblades out of the armory into crowded public places as apparently they get confused with something called a lightsaber (whatever that is).
Yours
