An extension to the returns policy is at the discretion of our curator.

Apparently, there is something called The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, this entitles customers to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order and return the goods you may do so, but the goods must be returned at your own expense in the condition you received them. They should be returned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days.
